Shane Nicholas - Director and Wealth Coach
Shane's story
Shane commenced his journey in financial advice straight out of secondary school, having decided that he wanted to spend his time helping people.
After completing a Bachelor of Business in Financial Planning at RMIT, Shane explored different parts of the financial services industry, including a stint with one of the big banks. It was in this time that he realised that working in an institution was not for him which resulted in a chance meeting with Innate.
In 2009, after two years at Innate, Shane purchased equity in the business and has enjoyed every step of the journey.
Today, Shane is as passionate as ever about helping people and finds it a genuine privilege to be allowed into the lives of those he works with in helping them navigate the complexities that are present in the world.
Outside of the office, you will find Shane spending time with his wife Kelly and their two children, Olivia and Harry somewhere in the Macedon Ranges. If time permits, which is a not often with children commitments, Shane will be on the golf course, in a group fitness class with Kelly or cheering on the Bombers.
